We are seeking a Restaurant Manager-in-Training position to join our team for all Dough Zone restaurants located in California State (San Mateo, Cupertino, North San Jose, South San Jose, and Walnut Creek). Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activities
- Manages FOH & BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Develop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow our future team leaders
- Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager, and team members to execute excellent operations.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in English
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Three years or more experience for Restaurant Managing
