Warehouse Supervisor (TX - Stafford)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials management.
• Manage the warehouse staff to achieve a satisfactory and efficient workflow
• Manage the logistic team to fulfill the delivery schedule in a timely manner
• Corporate with purchasing and other departments to plan for shipment receiving, including unloading shipments, inspecting material, inventory location transfers, and stocking shelves
• In charge of maintaining safety standards to ensure that products are dispatched and delivered safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and update inventory records in a working sheet or system and transmit to related department
• Participate in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities

• 3 years of experience in management and knowledge of expected warehouse practices
• Food/Restaurant/Manufacturing industry experience is a must
• Basic mathematical skill level required to verify inventory, order accuracy, and other quality-driven initiatives
• Preferred knowledge using Warehouse Management Systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible Full-Time schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
