We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated hospitality-driven person to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you are expected to provide leadership to ensure that all FOH team members are guest-focused & team-focused. You will work closely with General Manager regarding restaurant operations, manage staff resources, develop, and coach team members, and help to increase service quality as well as maintain operating budgets and standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage FOH team members in order to ensure efficient daily operation.
  • Actively lead and direct the FOH team to provide outstanding service to satisfy all guests.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards and scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the restaurant.
  • Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members to support their personal growth and development.
  • Supports the execution of marketing plans to promote sales and profits
  • Assist in the forecast, and achievement of restaurant quarterly, annual sales goals, and budgets.
  • Verifies federal, state health and safety compliance, and monitor and ensure food quality standards are achieved.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the day-to-day operation meet the brand standard.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a FOH Manager in restaurant industry
  • High School degree; bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Experience successfully training, developing, and leading teams
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
