We are now looking to fill the role of HR Coordinator to join our team and support the rapidly growing need of the company. The candidate will work directly and closely with the internal HR team to ensure success to meet department goals, as well as the broader company goals and strategic direction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensure completion of required paperwork, and manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and handle documentation related to hiring, termination, and other status changes.
  • Answer HR related inquiries from operation team on daily basis. 
  • Direct email/ call/ messages inquiries to designated team members.

HR Operations & Projects:

  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
  • Support HR system implementations and upgrades.

Requirements, Skillsand Abilities

  • Minimum 1 year of HR experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a PLUS
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
