Front of House Receiptionist Duties:

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit
Answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders
Ability to communicate in English, fluency in other Chinese is a PLUS
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, and manage reservations and seating arrangements, including waitlist management during peak times
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
No prior experience required; both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome
